Apoderados y docentes aprendieron a cocinar recetas saludables para prevenir esta enfermedad junto a nutricionistas de Junaeb .
Como una forma de incentivar la vida sana y fomentar el consumo de alimentos libre de colorantes y agentes dañinos para la salud de nuestros niños y niñas, la Corporación Municipal de Educación, Salud y Atención de Menores de Conchalí en conjunto a Junaeb, realizaron un taller práctico de cocina saludable para padres y docentes de toda la red de escuelas públicas de la comuna. L a cita tuvo lugar en las dependencias del Liceo A-33 Poeta Federico García Lorca.

Comer sano y cuidar las porciones en cada comida ayudan a evitar la ansiedad y consumo de excesivo de azúcar y grasas saturadas, la Directora de Educación, Fabiola Pizarro aseguro que “como Corporación y según los lineamientos entregados por nuestro Alcalde René de la Vega, estamos comprometidos con la vida sana de nuestros alumnos y su familia. Este taller es producto de la necesidad de educar a los padres para que en casa sean promotores de una vida saludable”, concluyó.
