Obra fue enormemente agradecida por la comunidad educativa de este tradicional establecimiento municipal.
El espacio fue remodelado por la Corporación Municipal de Educación, Salud y Atención de Menores (Coresam), presidida por el Alcalde René de la Vega Fuentes, y la importante ayuda del Centro de Padres y Apoderados, para que los estudiantes convivan agradables momentos, como también les permita realizar actividades extracurriculares en la escuela.

Y que mejor momento, fueron las celebraciones de Fiestas Patrias en el establecimiento para inaugurar como se merece este remozado espacio, siendo los alumnos y alumnas con sus presentaciones los encargado de inaugurar el patio, bailando frente a sus padres y autoridades después de varias semanas de arduo ensayo. Un gran espectáculo presentando lo mejor del folclor nacional.
La cinta fue cortada por el Alcalde de Conchalí René de la Vega, acompañado de la Concejala Natalia Sarmiento, la directora de Educación Fabiola Pizarro, la Secretaria General Tania Alvarado, la directora de la escuela Loreto Rojas y el presidente del Centro de Padres Carlos Zamora.

El lugar cuenta con 600 metros cuadrados de pasto sintético, los muros del espacio fueron pintados por los propios apoderados, gracias a las gestiones de Coresam. Una millonaria inversión, que va en beneficio de una mayor calidad en la educación para los alumnos y alumnas del establecimiento educacional.
