Los vecinos y vecinas de Conchalí hoy pueden postular a Residencias Sanitarias gracias a un enlace entre la Dirección de Salud, la Red Norte y la SEREMI. Esta medida busca dar apoyo a persona con COVID-19, para que puedan respetar su cuarentena si no cuentan con esa posibilidad en sus domicilios, sea por condiciones de hacinamiento o por compartir espacio con personas que pertenezcan a grupos de riesgo.

Espacios privados con servicio de alimentación y cuidados básicos están destinadas a postulantes que no tengan necesidades de hospitalización, que sean autovalentes y con enfermedades crónicas compensadas. Son 131 las residencias sanitarias que el Ministerio de Salud ha puesto en disposición y su forma de postular es llenando el formulario a continuación:
