Así hemos vivido una semana cargada de ceremonias, bailes y comida de nuestros pueblos originarios, donde el epicentro de esta conmemoración de “la llegada del nuevo sol” o Wetripantu, estuvo a cargo de nuestros Programas Sename, Jardines Infantiles y Salas Cuna del área de Infancia de Coresam.

Una maravillosa ceremonia rescatada de nuestros ancestros Mapuches, pudimos vivir gracias a la activa participación de la familia Huilcapan, apoderados del Jardín Infantil Juan XXIII, quienes realizaron el ritual de El Canelo (árbol sagrado) haciendo partícipe a toda la comunidad.

Luego de eso los niños degustaron de la comida típica, tocaron instrumentos musicales, armando accesorios con distintos materiales, para finalmente disfrutar del juego de Palin. Todo realizado en las dependencias de la Biblioteca Municipal de Conchalí.
